Haven Forest Box
Haven Forest School created our hybrid-learning Forest School Box with the purpose of supporting and equipping families who are choosing to stay at home this year; offering their children a holistic and integrated outdoor learning experience.
We have creatively curated our Forest Box to integrate weekly nature lessons in literature, poetry, science, nature notebooking, nature play, handwork, and kitchen time. Your monthly box includes everything you need for each week’s themed lesson including our WonderGuide, written and developed by our Forest School teachers.
HOW IT WORKS
Each month families collect their Forest Box filled with lesson plans, books, and materials for three to four weeks of outdoor nature learning.
Students join weekly online lessons with Haven Forest School teachers in nature notebooking, stories, science, and an introduction to the week's Forest School box.
Families log in to the Haven@home online portal to access and complete the required weekly learning log.
